Developing Academic Literacy

Course Description:

This course explores information literacy. Its focus is on the introduction of standard research processes, appropriate choice, use, and citation of information, and critical thinking skills related to research. Learners develop basic skills related to composition, writing, the use of library sources, and how to keep using those skills in everyday work once studies end.
