Mentoring Others

This course equips learners to mentor others in a ministry or learning context. Through guided practice, learners prepare for, participate in, and reflect on real mentoring relationships. The focus is on applying key mentoring skills, encouraging spiritual growth, and supporting others as they grow in faith, character, and competence. Learners are empowered to take responsibility for their own continued development as mentors, seeking ways to deepen their skills, remain accountable, and faithfully serve others beyond the formal learning experience.
